Landscape Paintings

This project is a continuation of his constant visits home in the north of Portugal, where he continues to explore his surroundings and map spaces and places through painting. Frames that he noticed a long time ago, moments of colour that last about 30 minutes, a new tree planted, the dew that gathers on a yam leaf he brought back from Cape Verde, are all part of the pictorial map of the territory he calls ‘home’.
