Diogo Ramalho, who visited the studio during their production, wrote about them on the occasion of their exhibition at the gallery as follows:  

The concept begins with a bestiary that evolves into a script for various actions on stage. The narrative focuses on the metamorphosis between men and animals, which we can tenderly call beasts. Like the fantastic creatures presented in bestiaries, these are also wild and can represent darker aspects of human nature.
Abel Mota presents a theatricalization of his imagination, in a provocative game of metaphors and prosopopoeia. Through a set of paintings and the relationships they establish with each other, their ‘beasts’ seduce us and make us their voyeurs.
